Every bike is prepared and checked before collection. Your rental includes the selected bicycle and a basic repair kit. Our team can also help you with the bike setup and provide local route recommendations.

Look Keo, SPD and SPD-SL pedals are available. Please select your preferred option during the booking process. Other types of pedals may be available on request if you contact us in advance.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your online reservation. The remaining balance is paid when you collect the bicycle at our store in Granada.

Yes. A valid identity document and a credit card may be required when collecting the bicycle. The card acts as a guarantee for the rented equipment during the rental period.

Hotel delivery may be available with prior notice and involves an additional charge. Please contact us through the EMAIL US button before booking so we can confirm availability and the delivery cost.

Collection outside our normal store opening hours may be possible by prior arrangement. This service is subject to availability and may involve an additional charge. Please contact us in advance.

Yes. Special conditions may be available for groups, long rental periods and customised cycling plans. Use our Request a Quote form and tell us the number of riders, preferred dates and bicycle types required.

Bicycles can be picked up Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; returns must be made before 2:00 PM or between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM (Monday through Friday).
Saturdays: pickup from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and return by 2:00 PM.
*For Saturday and Sunday rentals, the bike must be returned by 9:00 AM on Monday; otherwise, an extra charge equivalent to one additional day may apply.

Yes. The available sizes are shown on each bicycle page. Final availability depends on your selected rental dates, so choose your size and dates in the booking form to check availability.
